What is your Return Policy?

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

Defective Items: We do our best to inspect all items before they ship. All items we sell are brand new and direct from the manufacturer. Should an item be defective, please contact us and we will either replace the item or refund your money. The manufacturers that we deal with guarantee their items from defect. The buyer is not responsible for shipping and handling in this case.

If an Item Does Not Fit: You may return it and we will refund the purchase price (shipping and handling is not refundable). We can exchange for larger or small sizes. The size ranges are from petite to extra-large for the harness and from medium to extra-large for the Dog Trakker® and from small to large for the collars. Returns must be in original/new condition with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be given if the return is made within 14 days from purchase or 7 days from receipt of the item. We have put all measurements from the package or manufacturer guidelines in each of our listing description's. Breeds listed are a guide-line only, breed sizes vary, measure your dog to be sure. Even after measuring some items will still end up not fitting, we will be glad to refund the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). Please return the item for a refund and purchase the correct size at your convenience. Please make sure to measure your dog before purchasing.

You may return the Dog Trakker® in its original, undamaged condition, for the reasons listed in the warranty and intended use within 30 days of the original ship date. Please notify todd@dogtrakker.net of the return and we will email you a return address. Credits are processed when we receive the returned merchandise. If your order is received with an error or damage please notify us of the damage and explain the problem.
